Convinced that education is the engine of development and a fundamental pillar for the growth of the industrial sector, we open our doors to students—creating learning spaces that connect academic knowledge with real-world production.

For over 15 years, we have offered university internships, and since 2016, more than 100 students from technical schools have completed their training at CORDERO. We also provide our facilities to two Vocational Training Centers to deliver skilled trade courses.

Our commitment extends to complementary activities such as educational talks and plant visits, giving students from various levels the opportunity to experience industrial processes firsthand and gain practical knowledge.

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact through the efficient use of resources and the implementation of innovative solutions in our processes. Our focus is on lowering emissions, optimizing energy consumption, and integrating renewable energy sources, taking concrete steps toward a more sustainable production model.

Each year, we conduct an Energy Review supported by 4.0 Measurement Technology, allowing us to monitor our performance in real time and continuously improve our efficiency.

We operate a Photovoltaic Solar Park that supplies 60% of the installed energy capacity at our plant, and we are proud to be the first renewable energy generating user in Luján—contributing clean energy to the local power grid.

In 2021, we made history in our industry by incorporating women into the production area, driving a paradigm shift. Today, 35 women are part of our assembly, projection and robotic welding, maintenance, and quality departments—bringing their talent and perspective to enrich our operations.

In 2016, we launched this initiative with the firm belief that each person brings value through their unique abilities. Today, 19 individuals actively contribute their talents in areas such as logistics and production, helping us meet the challenges of our industry. We believe that work is a powerful driver of autonomy and growth—a key tool to empower people and enhance their potential.

Together with an interdisciplinary network of specialists, we are working toward a model where 100% of our positions are inclusive, ensuring equal opportunities for the growth and development of every person.

Hoy, 35 mujeres forman parte de los sectores de armado, soldadura por proyección y robotizada, mantenimiento y calidad, aportando su talento y perspectiva para enriquecer nuestra operación.

We foster people’s development by investing in education. We host technical students to carry out their paid professional internships, we incorporate university students as interns to gain professional work experience. We lend our facilities to two Vocational Training Centers to offer technical courses.

We welcome educational institutions to conduct visits and training for their proposed curricula. We give talks and workshops at schools and universities.

Our main efforts are focused on the efficient use of energy, the incorporation of renewable energies and the reduction of our carbon footprint. That is why every year we carry out an Energy Review, accompanied by Metering 4.0 technology.

In 2022 we incorporated photovoltaic panels to our plants and reduced our carbon footprint by 3.2%.

By 2023 we aim to replace 60% of our daily electricity consumption with the installation of more panels, collaborating with the stability of the Luján district’s electricity system.

Convencidos de que la educación es el motor del desarrollo y un pilar fundamental para el crecimiento del sector industrial, abrimos nuestras puertas a estudiantes, generando espacios de formación que vinculan el conocimiento académico con la realidad productiva.

Desde hace más de 15 años, ofrecemos pasantías universitarias, y desde el 2016 más de 100 estudiantes de escuelas técnicas ya han realizado sus prácticas en CORDERO. También cedemos nuestras instalaciones a dos Centros de Formación Profesional para que brinden cursos de oficios. 

Nuestro compromiso se extiende a actividades complementarias como charlas educativas y visitas a planta, donde estudiantes de diferentes niveles tienen la oportunidad de conocer de primera mano los procesos industriales y adquirir conocimientos prácticos.

En el año 2016 lanzamos esta iniciativa con la certeza de que cada persona aporta valor desde sus capacidades únicas. Desde entonces, asumimos un compromiso sostenido con la inclusión, incorporando a personas con discapacidad a nuestro equipo y promoviendo una cultura organizacional accesible y libre de barreras. 

Hoy, 19 personas son parte activa en áreas como logística y producción, contribuyendo con su talento a los desafíos de nuestra industria. Creemos en el trabajo como motor de autonomía y desarrollo, una herramienta clave para dignificar a las personas y potenciar sus capacidades.

Junto a una red interdisciplinaria de especialistas, trabajamos para avanzar hacia un modelo en el que el 100% de los puestos sean inclusivos, garantizando igualdad de oportunidades para el crecimiento y desarrollo de cada persona.
